Week One

The Story of Your Voice

This is where we’ll gather in circle and I’ll invite you to get curious about your voice - the story so far - what feels good now, what you’d like to experience more of and how to move through limiting beliefs towards the version of you that’s fully expressed, rocking her truth and her power in midlife!

Here are your week 1 journal prompts, these will help you build a vocal self portrait. If you can, do these before we meet on Wednesday so you arrive at the live session with some deeper knowledge about your relationship with your voice.

  1. What do you love about your voice?

  2. What do you dislike about your voice?

  3. What beliefs do you carry about your voice?

  4. When were you silenced as a child?

  5. When and how do you sensor yourself?

  6. What happens in your body when you ask for what you want or need?

  7. When is your voice most hidden and why?

  8. When is your voice most expressed and why?

  9. When is your voice most alive and authentic?

  10. What are your intentions for the course?

  11. How would you like your relationship with your voice to feel when we finish?

Testimonials

“This is surprisingly powerful work. I love how you gently lead us through exploring our voices in a safe, playful and encouraging way.”

Charlotte

“Phoebe created a beautiful, safe, and connected space where I felt comfortable exploring my voice in the context of my current life stage (perimenopause). This experience felt like a gift - not only did I gain self-insight, but I learned concepts about my voice I have never thought of or been aware of and that are directly applicable to knowing myself, building self-confidence, and projecting who I really am to the world. This feels like the start of a new journey of self-exploration at a time in my life when it is exactly what I need.”

Julianne

"Phoebe engaged us thoughtfully in a careful journey to meet our voices and expression. Lovely and meaningful experience"
